Clear Capital

I first started at Clear Capital in September 2016 as a temporary employee through Apple One employment agency. I was hired to be a Vendor Services Representative, which would have required to me be a part of a regional call team. After finishing a rigorous three month training course in the appraisal industry and corresponding software, I was recognized as being at the top of my training group and promoted to the newly implemented and specialized team, Panel Management.

As a Panel Management Representative, I was in charge of the appraiser relations for the Southeast region, which appraisers located in 13 different states. The corresponding regional internal call team, escalated any customer service issues to me and their direct manager worked closely with me to clarify the correct compliance and operational processes were being followed. The Panel Management team was newly formed as the customer service for appraisal operations was majorly lacking. As a new team I was expected to analyze the needs of my assigned region, collect data and coach appraisers as necessary. In this position I closely corresponded with the Compliance Department and after 3 months the Vice President of Compliance requested that I be moved the compliance department to the position of Compliance Assistant.

In March of 2017 I started my position of Compliance Assistant. In my new position I was in charge of all compliance related process that related to the Panel management team. All of the Panel Management upper level compliance process's became my responsibility. I processed complaints, managed the vendor removal process and communication with high level clients and executive on a daily basis. Regional Team leads and the Panel Management team members were required to escalate all questions to me. I conducted a number of audits and was required to keep track of state laws for applicable compliance tracking and processing.

The various positions I held at Clear Capital have helped me to become a fully rounded professional in the time I have been there. I was able to build my interpersonal communication, organization and management skills. While Clear Capital allowed me to build my skills I have realized that it is best for me to move on at this point on order to grow further as a professional. Please note that Clear Capital and their employees do not provide references. The HR department will confirm dates of employment but, unfortunately, no feedback on my performance will be provided.
